Wild Commons | Deep Wellness Learning
Personally tailored. Collectively transformative. Objectively measured.
Wild Commons is three days of small-group wellness education on a pristine, private peninsula reached by footbridge. You learn what your body, mind, and soul need, alongside a few others doing the same, guided by a trained, independent wellness educator.
It begins before you arrive, with a one-to-one conversation about what you've carried, what you're experiencing, and where you want to go. Those conversations shape the sessions, so the program fits the people in the room.
Then we learn as a group. The principles of wellness are the same for everyone, so each person's progress deepens everyone else's, and the learning and healing compound.
Days move between rest and movement, indoors and outdoors, mind, body, and soul. All the while, the land does its work.
We gather for main meals at the potluck table in the common kitchen, where the dishes we each bring are shared along with our evolving stories.
You'll leave with your own numbers, a clear plan, and a private follow-up session already booked.
What guests of our Circle gatherings say: "transformative" · "feel heard" · "feel seen"
$650 CAD per person. Limited to 12 guests.
